Staff Profiles Jazmin Quintero Jazmin Quintero is a proud Texan, Latina, and bilingual professional who brings a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, extensive real estate experience, and a passion for helping others to everything she does. As the daughter of an Air Force family, Jazmin was born in Texas and developed an appreciation for hard work, adaptability, and service from an early age. In fact, her entrepreneurial journey began when she was just six or seven years old. Long before "Pet Rocks" became a popular trend, Jazmin was collecting rocks, painting them, and going door-to-door selling her creations to neighbors. Looking back, she often jokes that she may have been ahead of her time. Jazmin worked her way through college while earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, along with double minors in Marketing and Mexican-American Studies. Her educational background has given her a unique understanding of people, communication, and the importance of building meaningful relationships. Long before the gig economy existed, Jazmin launched and operated her own personal assistant and concierge business. Years before services like Uber and Rover became household names, she provided a wide range of trusted services, including house-sitting, pet-sitting, airport transportation, personal errands, bill payment assistance, mail management, reservation coordination, and event and party planning. Her clients entrusted her with access to their homes, pets, personal affairs, and financial transactions—an experience that helped establish the reputation for trustworthiness, reliability, and exceptional customer service that continues to define her career today. Her professional career later expanded into the real estate industry, where she worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer helping families navigate the home financing process. She subsequently earned her Realtor's license, further broadening her knowledge of residential real estate and the home-buying process. In 2005, Jazmin and her husband, a Certified Luxury Residential Appraiser, founded Aztec Appraisals. For more than two decades, they have been dedicated to helping clients through some of the most significant financial decisions and life transitions they face, including divorce, estate settlements, property tax protests, private transactions, and real estate planning. An avid animal lover, Jazmin is deeply committed to animal welfare and actively supports and volunteers with organizations such as the SPCA, Citizens for Animal Protection, and other local rescue groups. She shares her home with three beloved Huskies and a cat. One of her Huskies serves as a certified therapy dog, accompanying Jazmin on visits to hospitals, assisted-living communities, and college campuses during finals week to provide comfort and emotional support to those in need. Family and community are at the center of Jazmin's life. She proudly cheered on her son throughout his academic journey and is now a proud Texas A&M University parent—Gig 'em! She also dedicated more than ten years to her local Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), volunteering countless hours and playing an active role in supporting school programs, events, and student activities. Known for her warm personality, entrepreneurial mindset, and genuine desire to help others, Jazmin combines decades of business and real estate experience with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Whether assisting homeowners, attorneys, lenders, or families facing major life transitions, she believes that every client deserves professionalism, understanding, and trusted guidance.
David is a Certified Residential Appraiser based in Houston, Texas, with 25 years of experience bringing expertise, integrity, and a personal touch to every appraisal. Over the course of his career, David has built a reputation for accuracy and trustworthiness in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. David's path to real estate appraisal began in an unexpected place — Nielsen Media Research, where his very first job had him installing and maintaining research equipment inside people's homes. That experience taught him something invaluable: how to make people feel comfortable and at ease in their own space. It sharpened his communication skills and gave him a natural ability to connect with homeowners on a personal level. Today, those same qualities define his appraisal inspections, making what can feel like an intimidating process a smooth and pleasant experience for the families he works with. A natural leader from an early age, David played quarterback on his high school football team — a role that shaped his ability to stay cool under pressure, read the field, and make the right call. Those same instincts have served him well throughout his appraisal career. When he's not working, you'll find him staying connected to the sports he loves, whether that's following football or training in martial arts. At his core, David is driven by a simple but powerful goal: to be the best version of himself every single day. When you work with David, you're not just getting an experienced appraiser — you're getting someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the people he serves. |
